Networks and skins that accept players in Asia
A poker network is the engine behind the game: the software, the tables, the cashier and, above all, the pool of players. A skin is a branded front door to that engine. When you sign up at Natural8, you are playing at a skin whose tables, opponents and prize pools are shared with everyone else on the same network. Two players sitting at what looks like two different sites can be at the same table without knowing it.
This matters in Asia more than almost anywhere, because poker pools here are spread across many countries and time zones. A single skin in one country would struggle to fill tables around the clock. A network that pools players from Cambodia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam, as Natural8 advertises, can keep hundreds of tables running at every stake1.
The main networks whose skins take players in Asia are:
- GGNetwork (GGPoker and Natural8). The largest player pool in Asia, offering Hold'em, PLO, PLO-5, PLO-6, Short Deck, All-In or Fold, Spin & Gold and Rush & Cash1.
- Winning Poker Network. A peer-to-peer poker platform whose skins include ACR Poker, Black Chip Poker, Americas Cardroom, Ya Poker and TruePoker. Poker is the core product; the sportsbook, casino and racebook are value-added extras for active poker players10.
- CoinPoker. A standalone crypto-based room licensed in Anjouan, offering Texas Hold'em, Omaha, 5-Card Omaha and 6-Card Omaha around the clock2.
- PaiWangLuo Network. Bovada Poker's network, which gives its customers access to the entire shared player pool11.
The live side of the game in Asia is connected too. The Asian Poker Tour lets players create an APT account online before events, so the online and live scenes overlap12, and the CTP Asia Poker Arena in Taipei, home of APT events, is billed as Asia's largest poker room13. Japan has its own live circuit, the Japan Open Poker Tour, which stands out for the range of ways players can pay their entry fees, from cash and credit cards to USDT (Tether), transportation IC cards like Suica and ICOCA, Rakuten Edy, iD, QuickPay, WeChat Pay and Alipay14.
If you want to see which specific operators take players from your country, our page on which online operators accept players from each of the 12 jurisdictions lists them all, and the operators A to Z directory covers each brand's license and accepted countries.
GGPoker: Rush & Cash, All-In or Fold and 6-Max formats
GGPoker offers real money poker games and tournaments in a wide variety of formats and stakes. Three formats define the network.

Rush & Cash is the fast-fold product. Every time you fold, you are instantly moved to a brand new table with new opponents, so there is no waiting around for a hand to finish15. You can fold at any time, even out of turn, and jump straight into the next hand4. Tables are 6-Max, meaning a maximum of six players per table15. You can play up to four Rush & Cash tables at once, but only at the same blind level15. The game runs in Hold'em or Omaha, uses one deck of 52 cards reshuffled after every hand, and seating is handled so that everyone is seated on the button, and in the blinds, an equal number of times over a session16.
All-In or Fold strips the game down to one decision: shove all in or fold. There are no betting rounds after the decision; the board runs out to showdown17. Tables are 4-handed, with a maximum of four players17. The format runs in Texas Hold'em or Pot-Limit Omaha, with cash games from micro stakes up to high stakes17. On CoinPoker the blinds run from $0.01/$0.02 at the bottom to $100/$200 at the top3.
6-Max is the standard cash game format: No-Limit Texas Hold'em tables with a minimum of 2 players and a maximum of 6 per table (9-Max tables also exist)18. The same structure applies to Omaha, with PLO cash tables on Natural8 offering buy-ins from as low as $0.2019.
Beyond these, the network spreads Short Deck and Spin & Gold, and there are play money tables if you want to learn the software before depositing8.
Rake and fees: what each format charges
Rake is the small percentage the room takes from each pot, and it varies by format, stake and number of players.
Rush & Cash charges 5 percent on low and middle stakes tables, capped at 3 big blinds4. At the lowest levels the caps are fixed dollar amounts instead:
| Table | Rake cap |
|---|---|
| $0.01/$0.02 | $0.06 |
| $0.02/$0.05 | $0.15 |
| $0.05/$0.10 | $0.30 |
| $0.10/$0.25 | $0.75 |
| $0.25/$0.50 | $1.50 |
These caps come from Natural8's Chinese-language Rush & Cash rules16. One rule worth knowing: if fewer than six players are at the table, no rake is taken at all16.
6-Max tables also charge 5 percent at low stakes. On a $0.01/$0.02 table the cap depends on how many players are dealt in: $0.05 with 2 players, $0.10 with 3, $0.15 with 4, and $0.20 with 5 or more18. At high stakes the caps are expressed in big blinds: on a $5/$10 table, 0.25BB with 2 players up to 1BB with 5 or more; on a $10/$20 table, 0.188BB to 0.563BB depending on player count18.
Spin & Gold takes its fee up front: a tournament fee of 7 percent is withheld from each buy-in9.
CoinPoker's K-Poker publishes its rake by ante size. With a $0.25 ante the cap is $0.75 for 2 players, $1.80 for 3, and $3.00 for 4; with a $0.50 ante it is $1.50, $3.60 and $6.00; with a $1 ante, $1.88, $4.50 and $7.50; and with a $2 ante, $2.25, $5.40 and $9.0021. CoinPoker also charges minor cashout fees on withdrawals6.
For context outside the online world, live poker clubs in Vietnam charge entry by selling tickets to tournaments, with costs ranging from a few hundred thousand dong to a few tens of millions of dong22.
Buy-ins and stakes: from $0.01/$0.02 to $100/$200
The full stake range across the networks in this page runs from $0.01/$0.02 micro stakes to $2,500/$5,000 at the very top, with Texas Hold'em and Omaha cash tables covering that whole span on CoinPoker2. Tournaments on the same site range from $0 freerolls up to $5,000 buy-ins2.
On GGPoker, Rush & Cash minimum buy-ins by stake:
| Stakes | Game | Minimum buy-in |
|---|---|---|
| $0.01/$0.02 | Hold'em | $1 |
| $0.01/$0.02 | PLO | $0.40 |
| $0.02/$0.05 | Hold'em | $2 |
| $0.05/$0.10 | Hold'em | $4 |
| $0.10/$0.25 | Hold'em | $10 |
| $0.10/$0.25 | PLO | $5 |
These figures come from the Rush & Cash rules page4. For regular 6-Max No-Limit Hold'em on Natural8, the minimum buy-in is $0.50, and PLO cash tables start at $0.2019.
All-In or Fold on CoinPoker runs from $0.01/$0.02 up to $100/$20017. If you want a sense of how buy-ins relate to stakes in general, a common rule of thumb at a $1/$2 table is a $50 minimum and $300 maximum buy-in20.
One Rush & Cash rule to know before you leave a winner: if you leave a table with winnings and want to rejoin within one hour, you must buy back in for at least the chip amount you held when you left. After one hour the condition resets and you can buy in for the minimum again16.
Cash Drops and other table features
Cash Drops are the signature Rush & Cash feature: random prizes of up to 600 big blinds that can land at any table16. They work in two ways. Smaller Cash Drops are added directly to the pot, which creates more action because everyone at the table has a reason to play the hand hard. Larger Cash Drops are divided evenly and added directly to each player's stack4. Either way, prizes are awarded instantly at the end of the hand and credited immediately15.

On Rush & Cash Fridays, the drops are doubled at tables featuring sponsored pros, influencers and streamers, who are marked with colored nicknames15.
Other table features worth knowing on this network:
- Running It Multiple Times does not apply to Rush & Cash, so all-in situations always run out once16.
- Card squeeze applies to community cards in pots over 100 big blinds16.
- Multi-tabling on CoinPoker's mobile app goes up to five tables at once24; on Bovada you can play up to two Zone Poker (fast-fold) tables, four regular cash tables, or up to 15 tournament tables simultaneously11.
If you are comparing how different operators handle deposits and withdrawals generally, see our page on payment methods offered by online operators to players in Asia.
Spin & Gold and tournament guarantees
Spin & Gold is GGPoker's take on the sit-and-go lottery format: a short tournament with a randomly multiplied prize pool. Games run in 3-Max and 6-Max formats, and a tournament fee of 7 percent is withheld from each buy-in9.
On guarantees, ACR Poker is the loudest of the networks covered here: it advertises $9 million in guaranteed weekly tournaments, including a single event with a guaranteed $2,500,000 prize pool10. Black Chip Poker, on the same network, spreads tournaments, satellites and All-in or Fold Sit & Go formats25.
On the live side, Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc in Vietnam hosted the APT Corona Phu Quoc Open Poker Tour, billed as the largest poker tournament in Asia in 2024, which gives a sense of the scale of the regional tournament scene13. The Japan Open Poker Tour runs its own circuit with a notably wide range of payment methods for entry fees: cash in JPY, credit cards, USDT (Tether), POKERWEB COIN, transportation IC cards like Suica and ICOCA, Rakuten Edy, iD, QuickPay, WeChat Pay and Alipay14.
CoinPoker, ACR Poker and Black Chip Poker: ownership and licensing
The three names in this section are three different structures, which is useful for understanding how ownership and licensing can differ even between skins on the same network.
CoinPoker is a single brand, not a network of skins. It is licensed by the Anjouan Gaming licensing authority, and its terms cover real-money poker games, poker tournaments, casino games and betting services6. Its games include Texas Hold'em, Omaha, 5-Card Omaha and 6-Card Omaha, plus freerolls, centrolls and satellites, running around the clock from $0.01/$0.02 to $2,500/$5,0002. All-In or Fold on CoinPoker runs in Texas Hold'em or Pot-Limit Omaha, with cash games from micro stakes up to high stakes17.
ACR Poker and Black Chip Poker are skins on the Winning Poker Network, alongside Americas Cardroom, Ya Poker and TruePoker10. The network describes itself as primarily a peer-to-peer online poker platform, with the sportsbook, casino and racebook offered as value-added services exclusively to active poker players10. Black Chip Poker's license to offer games is governed under the laws of Curaçao, under a sublicense granted to International Processing Services S.A.5. ACR Poker advertises $9 million in guaranteed weekly tournaments10.
The practical point is that skins on one network share players but can differ in licensing jurisdiction, ownership and even which side products are offered. Our page on white-label online casinos explains the same idea for casino brands, and who owns online casinos covers the operating companies behind the brands.
Where each network accepts players, and the legal position
Which skins take players from which country varies, and the legal position varies even more.

Natural8 lists Cambodia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam among its player pool countries1. Offshore sites generally welcome players from Japan26, and Rajabets markets online poker in India with cash games, Sit & Go and multi-table tournament formats27. For the Philippines, offshore sites accept Filipino players, with one review counting 646 offshore casinos serving the Philippines that offer Bitcoin; the same review notes that Philippine residents can only legally join sites operated by PAGCOR28. PAGCOR's own registers list licensed poker rooms such as Red Dragon Poker Room, Poker Brothers, Masters Poker Club and Prime Poker Club Manila29, along with accredited gaming system administrators and registered brands including Good Games Solutions Pilipinas Inc., which runs GGPoker, and H&H Gaming Solutions Group30.
The practical risk in one sentence: playing on an offshore site from a country where it is not licensed is not enforced against individual players in most of Asia, but the sites themselves sit outside local consumer protection, so your recourse if something goes wrong is limited. Our page on how we label the legal risk of an online operator in each jurisdiction explains the labels we use, and the operator enforcement history page records fines, blocks and stripped licenses.
Age limits and table rules to check before you play
The standard minimum age across these skins is 18. ACR Poker, Black Chip Poker's network terms, Ya Poker and Bovada all set 18 as the floor, with Ya Poker adding that the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction applies if it is higher31. ACR and the network terms also state that player age information is required and will be verified before any funds or prizes are paid out32. GGPoker's rules phrase it by jurisdiction: players must be 18+, 19+, 21+ or 24+ depending on where they live7. For comparison, Singapore Pools requires account holders to be at least 2133, and the Kahnawake poker room regulations set 18 as the minimum age for approved games34.
Table rules worth checking before your first session:
- Disconnections. On Rush & Cash, any amount you have already committed to the pot stays in play if you disconnect, so the hand can finish without you4.
- Rebuy after winning. Leave a Rush & Cash table with winnings and rejoin within an hour, and you must buy in for at least what you left with16.
- Seating. Rush & Cash seats players randomly each hand, with blind positions assigned to those who have sat in them least often; ties go to whoever has had fewest small blinds, then to random choice16.
- Changes. GGPoker's rules state that prize pools, guarantees, tournaments, games and game features are subject to change, suspension or termination at any time7.

Common Questions
What is the difference between a poker network and a skin?
The network runs the software and the shared player pool. A skin is a branded site that plugs into it, with its own name, look and sometimes its own promotions. Two skins on the same network sit you at the same tables with the same players.
Which poker sites accept players from the Philippines?
Offshore sites such as GGPoker, Natural8, CoinPoker and the Winning Poker Network skins take Filipino players. For local licensed play, Philippine residents can only legally join sites operated by PAGCOR, which licenses several poker rooms and online poker brands.
What is the maximum number of Rush & Cash tables I can play at once?
You can play up to four Rush & Cash tables at the same time, but only at the same blind level. Four tables of one stake are allowed; mixing different stakes in Rush & Cash is not.
How does the Rush & Cash cash drop work?
Random Cash Drops of up to 600 big blinds are awarded at the end of a hand. Smaller drops are added straight to the pot, while larger drops are split evenly and added to every player's stack. Prizes are credited instantly.
What happens to my bet if I disconnect mid-hand?
On GGPoker's Rush & Cash, any amount you have already committed to the pot stays in play if you disconnect. The hand continues without you, so your chips can still win or lose the pot.
Is there rake on short-handed Rush & Cash tables?
No. If fewer than six players are at the table, no rake is taken at all on Rush & Cash. At a full table the rake is 5 percent, capped at 3 big blinds on low and middle stakes.
What is the minimum buy-in for 6-Max tables on Natural8?
The minimum buy-in for 6-Max No-Limit Texas Hold'em tables on Natural8 is $0.50. Omaha cash tables on the same site start at buy-ins from $0.20.
