• a face check
• a utility bill no older than three months
• a bank statement no older than three months that is signed and stamped by the bank⁴

Electronic bank statements are not accepted¹. A separate support page lists one copy of your ID card front and back, one copy of a bank account statement, and one copy of the beneficiary credit or debit card front and back¹⁶.

Processing takes up to three business days internally, subject to security review delays⁴. The minimum withdrawal amount is USD 5 or the currency equivalent⁴. The maximum depends on the payment method, and amounts above a system limit are paid in instalments¹. You cannot withdraw while you are in the middle of a game¹. Bonus terms: wagering deadlines and the one-bonus-per-person rule

Bonuses at FB88 come with two clocks and one identity rule.

The first clock is the wagering deadline: 30 days from the date the bonus is credited, unless the specific promotion states a different period.
