License and regulation: Curacao

Cloudbet holds a license from the Curacao Gaming Authority, license number OGL/2024/328/0599². The Thai-language site describes the same regulator simply as a recognized regulator in Curacao⁵. The license is confirmed on the regulator's own verification page.

What that means in practice: Curacao is an offshore licensing jurisdiction. It is not a local license in any Asian country, and holding a Curacao license does not make Cloudbet legal to play at everywhere. The rule is not just about where you live. Players must not be present in these countries when using the site, depositing or withdrawing³.

Cloudbet accepts a wide list of coins. The full set named in its terms is BTC, BCH, ETH, USDT, USDC, USDP, PAXG, DAI, DOGE, LTC, DASH, LINK, DOT, ADA, SOL, ALGO, AVAX, POL, SHIB, BNB, XLM, XRP, stETH, TRON, ZEC, TON, USDe, sUSDe and HBAR, plus fiat currency deposits depending on your jurisdiction³. The site describes this as 35+ cryptocurrencies⁸.

In practice most players use a handful of these. BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC and DOGE are the ones Cloudbet highlights for deposits and withdrawals¹. USDT is the most common choice for players in Asia because it is a stablecoin, so your balance does not swing with the market while you play⁸. Cloudbet also offers USDT settlement⁸.

There is one deposit rule to be aware of if you use USDC. Cloudbet no longer accepts USDC bridged from Ethereum, known as USDC.e. Native Polygon USDC is accepted instead, and existing USDC holdings can still be bet and withdrawn normally⁹.

Deposits are processed and credited instantly¹. That is the practical upside of crypto: once the network confirms, the balance is there.

Fees are the thing to watch. Cloudbet reserves the right to charge a processing fee of up to 5% on deposits and withdrawals to cover transaction costs². That is a maximum, not a flat charge, but it is worth knowing before you move a large balance.
