What it is

Shuffle is a crypto focused online casino and sportsbook operated by Natural Nine B.V.5. It is built around a single account and a single wallet that covers the casino, the Shuffle Originals games and the sportsbook, so you do not move money between products or open separate accounts for betting and playing4. The balance is shown in your own currency across the whole platform, including the casino, the Originals and the sportsbook6.

The whole thing runs in a browser. There is no app to download, and the same account works on a phone, a tablet and a computer7. That matters if you are signing up from a phone in Asia, because you are not waiting on an app store listing or a regional download.

The game library is large. Shuffle lists more than 15,000 titles, including its own provably fair Originals such as Crash, Plinko, Mines and Dice, slots from Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City and BGaming, live casino tables by Evolution, game shows, and table games including Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Sic Bo and Dragon Tiger2. The Originals are the part you will not find at a normal online casino: they are provably fair, meaning the outcome can be checked after the fact rather than taken on trust2.

The sportsbook sits on the same platform and covers soccer, American football, basketball, MMA and esports, among others7. It supports six odds formats, including decimal, fractional, American, Hong Kong, Indonesian and Malaysian, which is useful if you are used to the Hong Kong or Malaysian style rather than the European one8. Sports bets earn 3x XP toward the VIP progression2.

Licenses and regulator

Shuffle holds a license from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board to offer games of chance3. The license number is OGL/2024/1337/06282. The operator behind the site is Natural Nine B.V.5.

The license number is stated on the website, but it has not been found on a regulator's register. The Anjouan Gaming register lists the entity 3-102-936769 SRL as holding a b2c license for goldenmina.com, not for Shuffle9. That is the check worth doing on any offshore operator: the license should be findable on the regulator's register, not only in the site footer, and until it is, the license rests on the operator's own claim.

What a Curaçao license means in practice is that Shuffle is regulated somewhere, by an offshore authority, and not by any regulator in Asia. It is not a Singapore, Hong Kong, Japanese, Korean or Macau license, and it does not make play legal in those places. It does mean there is a named operator, a license number you can look up, and a regulator that maintains a register.

Shuffle also says it enforces AML and KYC screening, covering player verification, banking checks and adherence to international regulations2. In plain terms, that is the process that can be triggered on your account later, usually at the point you want to withdraw.

Where it accepts players

Shuffle does not publish a long restricted-country list in the material it puts in front of players, and the Asian markets in the table above are not on it. Review sites that track which operators take which markets list Shuffle as accepting players from China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Thailand and Vietnam2.

That is the operator's side of the question. The other side is yours. Shuffle accepting a sign-up from your country does not make it legal for you to play there, and the two things are decided by different people. Shuffle decides who it will take. Your local law decides whether you may play.

For a player in Asia, the practical split looks like this:

  • China and South Korea: online casino play by residents is not legal. Shuffle will take the sign-up, but the risk sits with you.
  • Japan, Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand and Vietnam: online play is only legal in limited cases, which in practice means most residents are outside those cases.
  • Visitors: if you are a visitor rather than a resident, the rules that apply to you are usually the ones where you are, and they can differ from the rules for citizens. Check the country page for where you are before you deposit.

If you want the country-by-country detail rather than the summary, the pages for China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Macau, Thailand and Vietnam each set out what residents and visitors can and cannot do.

The pattern across Asia is that the operator is offshore and the law is local. Shuffle is licensed in Curaçao and takes players from most of the region. In several of those places, playing on an offshore site is not legal for residents, and the fact that the site accepts you does not change that.

In China and South Korea, online casino play by residents is not legal. That is the plain position, and it applies whether the site is licensed in Curaçao, Malta or anywhere else.

In Japan, Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand and Vietnam, online play is legal only in limited cases. Most residents fall outside those cases, which means the default answer for an ordinary player is that it is not something you can do freely.

India is a different shape again. A federal gambling ban applies, but states are given the power to decide whether that ban applies across their territory, so the answer can differ depending on which state you are in10. If you are in India, that is the thing to check first, because it is not a single national answer.

One more practical point that applies everywhere. Shuffle reserves the right to verify your account before awarding any payouts, in line with its terms11. If you are playing from a country where the site should not have taken you, or where your details do not line up, that verification is where it surfaces, and it surfaces at the moment you want your money.

Games and payments

Games

The casino side is the bulk of the site. More than 15,000 games, with the provably fair Originals at the center of it: Crash, Plinko, Mines and Dice2. The Originals are Shuffle's own games rather than third-party titles, and they are the reason the site has the reputation it does among crypto players.

Third-party slots come from Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City and Hacksaw, among others, and the lobby lets you filter by provider, theme, volatility, features or popularity12. If you have a favorite provider, that filter is the fastest way in. Slots run on RNG outcomes, so every spin is random within the rules of the game12. Where demo access is available, you can try a game without staking real funds before you switch to real play12.

Live casino is supplied by Evolution, and covers game shows, Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat, Sic Bo and Dragon Tiger2. Shuffle's own roulette is a single-zero European wheel, which is the better of the two standard wheels for a player because it has one zero rather than two13.

The sportsbook covers soccer, American football, basketball, MMA and esports7. It has Same-Game Multis, Cash Out, Boosted Odds and Sure Sub on eligible markets, alongside pre-match and live betting8. Live streams run with split-screen betting, pop-out video windows and stats overlays, and availability depends on where you are8. There is also an early payout promotion on a 1x2 (2UP) market for selected soccer competitions, applying to pre-match single and multi bets11. Accounts found multi-accounting are ineligible for payouts and banned from future promotions, so one account per person is the rule11.

Deposits

Crypto is the main route. Shuffle supports BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, SOL, LTC, SHFL and dozens of others14. You transfer from an external wallet, and the deposit is credited after network confirmation, which is fast on chains like Solana and Litecoin6. Minimum deposits start at $0.01 in supported cryptocurrencies, and crypto deposits are free4.

Timing varies by chain. A 50 USDT deposit on ERC-20 was timed at roughly 2 to 3 minutes, with confirmations of 1 to 3 minutes on fast networks against 5 to 20 minutes on slower ones4. Shuffle's own line is that crypto deposits typically land within minutes2.

If you do not hold crypto, you can buy it on the platform through MoonPay or Swapped using a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay14. Two things to know. Those providers charge their own fees, and they run their own identity checks separately from Shuffle's account verification5. So buying crypto that way can mean a second ID process before you have even deposited.

Fiat is supported in some regions. Canada was the first market, using Interac e-Transfer for both deposits and withdrawals6. Fiat deposits stay in fiat: the balance is shown in the currency you deposited, you play in it, and you withdraw in it, with no conversion to crypto at any stage6. Shuffle charges no fees on fiat deposits or withdrawals, and the minimum is 5 CAD each way15. Interac e-Transfer deposits typically land within seconds15.

One warning that applies to every crypto deposit. Funds sent on an unsupported or mismatched network may be permanently unrecoverable15. Check the network before you send, every time.

Withdrawals

This is where Shuffle's reputation comes from. Crypto withdrawals are sent as soon as the request clears automated checks and arrive with the next blockchain confirmation2. Independent testers have recorded a fastest withdrawal of 2 minutes, around 7 minutes in a 2026 session, and roughly eight withdrawals consistently under 10 minutes end to end4. Another three-week test recorded three withdrawals landing in 10 to 45 minutes end to end, including network confirmation4. By coin, SOL, LTC and ETH came in under 10 minutes, while BTC took 30 to 40 minutes4. One reviewer called the roughly one-minute cashout the fastest it had recorded at any crypto casino4.

For comparison, conventional platforms process withdrawals in 3 to 5 business days through banking intermediaries2. That gap is the main reason people choose a crypto casino in the first place.

There are no daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal caps in Shuffle's terms4. Network fees are shown before you confirm, and they are typically under $12. There are no card or bank fees2.

The catch is verification. Shuffle can request identity verification before a withdrawal is released, in line with its licensing obligations15. There is no fixed dollar threshold that triggers a check; it is risk based and can be requested at any time4. A KYC-flagged withdrawal will not move until verification is complete, and that can take days4. It is typically triggered after a sizeable win or a bonus-linked win4. So the practical advice is to complete verification before you have a large balance sitting there, not after.

Getting started

Registration asks for a username, a password, an email address and basic personal details, with verification steps as requested7. Shuffle says no lengthy verification process is required to get started, though certain limits or additional checks may apply in specific cases2. Withdrawals are processed against your account's verification status5.

The platform is browser based and fully responsive across desktop, smartphone and tablet, with no app download required2. Support runs around the clock via live chat, with a Help Center and a contact address at support@shuffle.com2.

On safer gambling, you can set loss limits and wager limits directly from your account2. Self-exclusion is available for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 6 months or permanently, and you can apply it to the casino, the sportsbook or both1. There is also a $100,000 Weekly Race running on the platform2.

If you want to compare Shuffle against other crypto operators before you commit, the reviews of Stake, BCGame, Roobet and BitStarz cover the same ground: license, countries, payments and payout speed.

Common Questions

Is Shuffle licensed?

Yes. Shuffle is operated by Natural Nine B.V. under a license from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, license number OGL/2024/1337/0628. A Curaçao license is an offshore license, not one issued by any Asian regulator.

What is the minimum age for Shuffle?

You must be 18 or older to play. Shuffle states this in its own account and payment guides. There is no separate higher age for any Asian country in the material Shuffle publishes, so 18 is the number to work with wherever you are signing up from.

How fast does Shuffle pay out?

Crypto withdrawals are sent as soon as the request clears automated checks, and independent testers have recorded payouts in 2 minutes, around 7 minutes, and 10 to 45 minutes end to end. Bitcoin is the slowest, typically 30 to 40 minutes. A flagged account can wait days for verification.

Can I deposit with a card or bank transfer?

Not directly. Shuffle takes crypto deposits, and in Canada it also takes Interac e-Transfer. If you have no crypto, you can buy it on the platform through MoonPay or Swapped using a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, but those providers run their own identity checks and charge their own fees.

Does Shuffle accept players from Japan, Korea or China?

Shuffle does not put these countries on its restricted list, and review sites list it as taking players from all of them. That is not the same as it being legal where you live. In China and South Korea, online play by residents is not legal, and in Japan, Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand and Vietnam it is only legal in limited cases.

Do I need to verify my identity?

Not to start. Shuffle says no lengthy verification is required to open an account and play. Verification can be requested at any time, and it is risk based rather than triggered by a fixed amount. If a withdrawal is flagged, it will not move until the check is finished.
