Natural8

License: Anjouan license claimed, but the issuing body is not recognized by the Comoros national government.

What it is

Natural8 is an online poker room and casino that runs on the GGPoker network, which it describes as a leading platform worldwide⁵. In practice that means the poker tables you sit at are shared with players from other GGPoker skins, so the player pool is bigger than Natural8's own sign-ups alone.

The site is built around poker first. You get Texas Hold'em, Pot-limit Omaha, Short Deck and the network's own All-in or Fold format, alongside casino games like Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack⁶. There are free poker tournaments too, including ones aimed at beginners, and free-play cash games with play money if you do not want to deposit¹.

One thing to know before you sign up: Natural8 is not a browser site. You have to install the Natural8 app to play poker or casino games, and the app runs on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android¹. The casino page says the same thing plainly, that you need to download the app rather than play in a browser². If you only want to poke around on a laptop without installing anything, this is not the site for that.

The app is also where the money lives. Deposits, withdrawals and bonuses all run through the integrated Cashier inside the app⁷. Customer support is available around the clock through Live Chat⁷.

Licenses and regulator

Natural8 is operated by Run Good N.V., a company registered in Willemstad, Curacao⁸. That is the entity you are actually dealing with when you deposit.

On licensing, the site describes itself as a licensed and regulated online poker room with safety and fairness as priorities⁹. It is operated by Run Good N.V., registered in Curacao¹⁰. That matters practically: this is not a local license anywhere in Asia, and it does not give you a regulator in your own country to complain to if something goes wrong.

What the site does offer on the fairness side is certified random number generator software behind its games, including its instant blackjack games, where each hand is described as fully random¹¹. That is a technical claim about the games, not a substitute for a local license.

The practical consequence is simple. If you have a dispute over a withdrawal, a closed account or a bonus, you are dealing with an offshore operator under Curacao company law and an unrecognized Anjouan license. There is no Asian gaming regulator standing behind your account.

Where it accepts players

Natural8 does not publish a clean country list. Instead, it works the other way around: if your country of residence is not in the dropdown during registration, the site cannot accept you¹². Its terms also say it does not accept players who reside in, are located in or are habitually resident in various countries and jurisdictions, and that accounts opened from prohibited jurisdictions may be suspended immediately⁸.

The player pool it advertises is Asian. Its own pages name Cambodia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam as player pool countries, and it shows a live player count in the hundreds of thousands¹. It runs full site versions in Thai, Vietnamese and Traditional Chinese, which tells you where it is actually marketing⁹.

For Vietnam specifically, Natural8 goes further than most. It runs Vietnam-exclusive tournaments, a livestream for the Vietnamese poker community every day at 8:00 PM Vietnam time, and a $5 ticket for the Vietnam Daily Deepstack when you complete KYC⁴. None of that changes the legal position for a Vietnam resident, which is covered in the Vietnam online casino guide.

Age is the other gate. You must be at least 18, and you must also meet the minimum age in your own jurisdiction¹². Natural8 verifies your age during account verification or KYC, and suspends your account if you do not meet the requirement¹. Minors found accessing the platform are permanently banned¹³.

A few account rules worth knowing before you register:

• One account per person, and one account per IP address or household¹²
• Duplicate accounts in one household can have winnings forfeited and all accounts closed¹²
• You register with an email address, and incomplete or fake email addresses can get you removed from promotions¹⁰
• Bots and any form of artificial intelligence are strictly prohibited¹²

If you are in the Philippines or Singapore, the availability table above flags that online play is only legal in limited cases, so check your country guide before depositing. For most of the rest of the region, the site will take you, but that is not the same as it being legal where you live.

Games and payments

Poker and tournaments

Poker is the core product. You get Texas Hold'em, Pot-limit Omaha, All-in or Fold and Short Deck, plus free tournaments and play-money cash games⁶. The tournament schedule is large: Natural8 advertises $200,000,000 in guaranteed prize pools every month and over $8,000,000 to be won each week in its daily guarantees¹.

One quirk to plan around: poker winnings from the previous 72 hours are held in your poker wallet and cannot be withdrawn immediately, though you can still use them at the tables¹². If you win big on a Monday and want the money out on Tuesday, that is not how it works.

Final tables of some tournaments may be broadcast on platforms like Twitch with hole cards shown, on a one-hour delay from actual play¹². If you reach a final table, expect to be on stream.

Casino games

The casino side is smaller than the poker side but still substantial. You get Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Sicbo, Dragon Tiger and Wheel of Fortune, and some of those can be played as live dealer games with providers including Playtech, Pragmatic Play and Evolution⁶. Slots run to more than 350 games from suppliers including Playtech, Pragmatic Play, Skywind and iSoftBet, and you can try them free or play for real money¹⁴. Minimum bets on casino games start from $0.10¹⁵.

Multi-tabling is available on both desktop and mobile casino games¹⁵. If you get disconnected mid-hand, pending bets are kept for 90 days and returned to your balance if the game is not finished within that window¹².

Bonuses and cashback

New players get a 200% first deposit bonus up to $1,000, plus a set of "Honeymoon for Newcomers" tasks to boost your balance⁶. There are six major promotions and various prize giveaways every month¹⁶.

The loyalty program is where regular players get value. Ocean Rewards pays up to 80% fixed cashback, and the more you play the more you get¹. Bonuses are only withdrawable once you have met all the bonus policy terms, at the operator's discretion¹⁷.

Deposits

Deposits run through the Cashier inside the Natural8 app, and the site says they are fast and easy¹⁶. The minimum deposit is $10, though it varies by method³. There are no deposit fees³.

Methods include credit cards, debit cards, other payment options and bitcoins¹². Cash sent by post is not accepted¹². Available methods vary by country, so check the in-app Cashier to see what you can actually use¹. If a currency conversion happens during your deposit, a 3% processing fee is added to the total³. Credit card transactions show on your statement as "MMX*Natural8.com"³.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals go through the same Cashier⁷. The minimum withdrawal is $10, again varying by method, and there is a $1 fee on every withdrawal³. The site says withdrawals are processed within 24 hours to 3 days, and its terms say most take up to 24 hours, with some cases up to 72 hours³.

Before your first withdrawal you need to complete verification. Natural8 requires all customers to verify identity immediately after creating an account¹⁷. You will need a current photo ID showing your full name, photo and signature, such as a passport, driving license or national ID card¹⁷. You may also need proof of address, like a utility bill, bank statement or credit card statement dated within the last 3 months, showing your registered name and address¹⁷. If you use a credit card statement, blank out the eight middle digits of the card number¹⁷.

A few withdrawal rules that catch people out:

• You can only withdraw to payment methods you have already deposited with, and to the same account the deposit came from¹²
• Funds received via player-to-player transfer count as a deposit, so playthrough requirements apply before you can withdraw them³
• You must satisfy sufficient poker or casino play based on your last deposit amount before withdrawing³
• Large withdrawals may be split into smaller ones without extra fees¹⁷
• If your account needs review, it must be completed within 24 to 48 hours or the withdrawal is canceled¹⁷
• Prize withdrawals are limited to USD 20,000 per day, and amounts above that need special management approval¹⁷
• Natural8 is not liable for currency fluctuations between your withdrawal request and the transaction completing¹⁷

Documents may need to be notarized or certified by a qualified notary or solicitor, signed and stamped, if Natural8 asks¹⁸. That is unusual for an online operator and worth knowing before you request a large payout.

Other practical points

• Deposit limits can be set daily, weekly or monthly; raising a limit requires a 24-hour wait and then confirmation¹²
• Self-exclusion is available from 1 hour up to 5 years, or permanently, through the cashier panel or by emailing support@natural8.com; reactivating requires a 24-hour cooling-off period¹²
• Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months are charged GBP 5 per month, or the remaining balance if it is below GBP 5¹²
• You are responsible for reporting your own winnings and losses to your local tax authority¹²
• If you feel you might have a gambling problem, the site points players to www.begambleaware.org⁴
