Online Gambling Operators List

Online Gambling Operators List

An alphabetical lookup of the online gambling operators covered on this site, with the company behind each brand, the license it holds, and the Asian countries whose players it accepts.

Online Gambling Sites That Accept Asian Players

Home › Topics › Online Gambling Sites That Accept Asian Players › Online Gambling Operators List

What this directory is and how to use it

This page is a lookup, not a ranking. Every online gambling operator we cover has its own page with the operating company, the license numbers and the jurisdictions it accepts, and this A to Z pulls those headline facts into one place so you can find a brand quickly.

Each entry below tells you three things: who runs the site (the operating company behind the brand, where we know it), which license the operator holds, and which Asian countries the site accepts players from. Where an operator has a dedicated page on this site, we link to it so you can read the full detail, including the legal risk in each jurisdiction as we label it. If you want the reverse view, which operators accept players from each of the 12 jurisdictions we cover, see operators by jurisdiction. If you want to understand how a brand can look different from the company that actually holds the license, see white-label casinos.

A note on what "accepted countries" means. An operator accepting players from a country is not the same as that country allowing online gambling. Operators based offshore are typically licensed somewhere else entirely, and whether you may play is a separate question for your own jurisdiction. We cover that country by country, for example in can I gamble in Thailand? and can I gamble in Japan?. This page sticks to the operators themselves.

Curaçao: the most common license

If you look at the license footer of almost any offshore casino or sportsbook serving Asia, the odds are good it says Curaçao. Among operators catering to Thai players, the vast majority hold licenses issued in other jurisdictions, led by Curaçao4. Across the whole offshore market, well over 99% of online operations are licensed somewhere, and Curaçao issues more of those licenses than anyone else8.

Curaçao: the most common license

The brands we cover that hold a Curaçao license include:

OperatorLicense detail
BitcasinoRecognized by Curaçao eGaming1
RoobetGovernment of Curaçao, license OGL/2024/687/04272
DafabetLicensed in compliance with the laws and regulations of Curaçao for remote betting and gaming3
7Bit CasinoCuraçao Gaming Authority, with over 10,000 games10
PinnacleRagnarok Corporation N.V. license, issued by the Gaming Control Board of Curaçao11
Las AtlantisLicensed in Curaçao12
Glory CasinoCuraçao Master Gaming License13

The Pinnacle entry shows why the operating company matters: the brand is Pinnacle, but the license holder is Ragnarok Corporation N.V., registered at Pletterijweg 43, Willemstad, Curaçao11. This brand-versus-license-holder gap is common across the industry, and we explain it in detail in who owns online casinos. For Pinnacle specifically, see our Pinnacle page.

Who actually owns these companies? A leak reported in September 2026 found about 800 owners behind nearly 650 Curaçao-licensed gambling companies, and they are mostly European, led by Ukraine, the United Kingdom and Cyprus. So while a Curaçao-licensed site may be marketed in Thai, Vietnamese or Japanese, the money behind it very often sits in Europe.

A Curaçao license tells you the operator passed some form of registration and pays for oversight, but it is not equivalent to a UK Gambling Commission or Malta Gaming Authority license. Among the trusted regulators of offshore casinos serving Vietnamese players, reviewers point to the UK Gambling Commission, the Curaçao and Gibraltar Gaming Commissions, the Malta Gaming Authority and Spelinspektionen14. When you weigh an operator, the license jurisdiction is one input among several, alongside the terms of service and the operator's record, which we track in operator enforcement history.

Accepted countries: where operators take players from Asia

The single most practical fact about any operator is whether it will take you as a player. Operators restrict by country, and the lists change, so each operator page on this site states its accepted countries as of the date we checked.

The scale is large. For Thailand alone, 867 offshore casinos were found accepting Thai players in August 2026, with 825 remaining after filtering for quality4. For Singapore, around 80 online casino sites cater to Singaporean players and offer VISA Debit as a deposit method, with 7Bit, WinPort and Slot Hunter among the best-rated15. For Japan, many offshore casinos welcome Japanese players and list Japanese among their supported languages5. For South Korea, filterable directories show only casinos accepting players from the Republic of Korea16.

Some operators run separate country sites rather than one global site.

  • Maxim88 lets you select your region, with Malaysia and Singapore among the options17.
  • Me88 runs country-specific sites for Malaysia and Singapore19.
  • 12BET markets itself as a top choice for Malaysian bettors20.
  • Hengongbet88 proudly serves the Malaysian market with a wide selection of slot games21.
  • Natural8, the poker brand, draws its player pool from Cambodia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam22.
  • 7Bit Casino says it accepts players from 250 countries worldwide23.

Two things to keep in mind when reading these lists. First, acceptance is the operator's choice, not a legal clearance: a site that welcomes Japanese players is legal for the operator to run outside Japan, but online casino play is not specifically legal for players in Japan5. Second, the lists move. Operators enter and leave markets, and when they do, existing accounts are affected; we cover that in when an operator stops accepting players from a country.

Operators by country: Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines

Malaysia

The operators most visibly targeting Malaysian players are Maxim88, Me88, 12BET and Hengongbet88, each with a Malaysia-specific site or region selection17. For poker, a September 2026 ranking of offshore poker sites serving Malaysia recommends CoinPoker, ACR and BCPoker. Local law under the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 limits most real-money gaming, which is why all of these operators are licensed offshore; we cover the country picture in can I gamble in Malaysia?.

Hong Kong

Hong Kong players are served by the same offshore brands. A September 2026 ranking of the top online casinos for Hong Kong puts 1xbet, 22bet, BetWinner, 188Bet and Dafabet in the top spots, and Natural8 lists Hong Kong in its player pool22. We have a dedicated page for 22Bet, and the country background is in can I gamble in Hong Kong?.

Thailand

Thailand is one of the best-served markets in Asia: 867 offshore casinos accept Thai players, and the vast majority are licensed offshore, led by Curaçao4. Online bank transfer is offered as a deposit method in Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia through selected operators4. The country context, including the long history of Thai-focused dens abroad in Macau, Singapore and Malaysia, is in can I gamble in Thailand?.

Vietnam

Offshore casinos serving Vietnamese players are licensed by regulators including the UK Gambling Commission, the Curaçao and Gibraltar Gaming Commissions and the Malta Gaming Authority14. The games on offer come from major providers: slots from Pragmatic Play, Yggdrasil, Games Global, Play'n GO, Microgaming, NetEnt and BTG, and live dealer tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Ezugi, Lucky Streak and Authentic Gaming14. See can I gamble in Vietnam? for the country picture.

The Philippines

The Philippines is the one country in this list with a domestic licensing system. Only PAGCOR and its accredited operators may offer online gambling legally; other operators in the country cannot obtain a license, and it is illegal for them to offer online gambling24. PAGCOR's registers list the accredited gaming system administrators and their registered brands, including the companies behind them25.

The registered operators read like a local industry directory. Total Gamezone Xtreme Incorporated (TGXI) holds licenses for sports betting, electronic bingo, specialty games and numeric games across brands including Arena Plus, Gamezone, Perya Game, Total Gamezone Xtreme, Bingo Plus, BingoPlus Poker and SlotPlus27. Gamemaster Integrated, Inc. (GII) is registered for online poker under the BingoPlus Poker brand27. Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels, Inc., the Solaire operator, is registered for electronic casino games, sports betting, specialty games, traditional bingo and electronic bingo25. Others on the register include PhilWeb Corporation (electronic casino games, sports betting, electronic bingo), Pure Luck Gaming Corporation, Gotech Entertainment, ONE VISAYA GAMING CORPORATION, Playmate Leisure Solutions Corp. and Trojans Well Entertainment Corp.25.

PAGCOR also warns the public against fake online gaming sites and urges players to check its list of licensees before playing29. The country page is can I gamble in the Philippines?.

Crypto and poker-only operators

A growing slice of the market is crypto-native, poker-only, or both.

CryptoGames is an online gambling site where you can play Dice, Blackjack, Slots, Roulette, Video Poker, Plinko, Minesweeper, Keno and Lottery, all with cryptocurrency7. Bitcasino is a crypto casino recognized by Curaçao eGaming, and its fast withdrawals are a selling point of the crypto model1. For how crypto deposits and withdrawals work in practice across the region, see payment methods offered to players in Asia.

CoinPoker is a poker-first operator offering real-money poker games, poker tournaments, casino games and betting services under its 2026 terms30. Its responsible gambling tools include betting controls, self-exclusion options and access to responsible gambling helplines30, and its casino side includes Bitcoin craps games handpicked from top providers including Play'n Go31.

Stake runs poker among its Stake Originals in-house games, with 360 players online at the time of checking, plus Arcade Poker from the provider dot studio32.

PlayBlind, launched in September 2026, is the newest entry in this category: a crypto-native poker platform with zero rake, no KYC, USDC deposits on Ethereum, Arbitrum and Base, and instant withdrawals of up to $750,000 per 24-hour period. It differs from traditional poker sites mainly in that it charges no rake at all and asks for no identity verification, which also means it sits outside the licensing and player-protection structures described elsewhere on this page.

In the Philippines, poker is licensed through PAGCOR's system: the poker operators with issued gaming licenses include Poker Brothers, registered for a poker room, alongside GII's BingoPlus Poker33. For the wider poker landscape, see online poker networks and skins.

How to verify a license yourself

You do not have to take an operator's footer at face value. Regulators publish registers, and checking one takes a few minutes.

In the Philippines, PAGCOR launched the PAGCOR Guarantee site, an online verification facility that allows the public to check whether an online gaming provider is licensed or not, with a regularly updated list of licensed internet gaming platforms under PAGCOR's oversight6. The practical method: find the operator's disclosed company name in the site's terms, then check that name against PAGCOR's list of accredited operators and confirm the approved gaming scope24.

For UK-licensed operators, the Gambling Commission advises players to check the details of the license, including the permitted activities and website domain names, against the public register before transferring money into a gambling account; you want to see the licensee's address, website domain names, trading names and current license status34.

For offshore operators generally, the same principle applies: find the license number in the terms, then look it up on the regulator's own site. Many unauthorized offshore gambling operations use the Internet to promote their services, provide odds and process bets, and a license claim in a footer proves nothing on its own8. Note also that unlicensed offshore sites are not bound by the player-protection rules that licensed operators must follow.

One caution for players in Japan: applying to buy betting tickets through illegal gambling operators over the internet is treated as a criminal act even when the operator is located overseas35. Whether an operator accepts you and whether you may place the bet are separate questions, and the second one is yours to answer for your own country.

Common Questions

Which license is most common among offshore operators?

Curaçao is by far the most common. Operators serving Thai players are led by Curaçao licenses, and brands like Bitcasino, Roobet, Dafabet, 7Bit, Pinnacle and Las Atlantis all hold some form of Curaçao license. Well over 99% of offshore online operations are licensed somewhere, and Curaçao issues the largest share.

Who owns the largest Curaçao-licensed brands?

A 2026 leak found about 800 owners behind nearly 650 Curaçao-licensed gambling companies, mostly European, led by Ukraine, the United Kingdom and Cyprus. Pinnacle, for example, operates under the license of Ragnarok Corporation N.V., a company registered in Willemstad, Curaçao.

Do these operators accept players from Singapore or Japan?

Yes, many do. Around 80 offshore casino sites listed for Singaporean players accept VISA Debit, and Maxim88 runs a dedicated Singapore site. For Japan, many offshore casinos welcome local players and offer Japanese-language interfaces, though none are specifically licensed for that market.

Can I check whether an operator's license is valid?

Yes. In the Philippines, PAGCOR's Guarantee site lets the public verify whether an online gaming provider is licensed. For UK-licensed sites, the Gambling Commission's public register shows the licensee's address, domain names and current status. Always check before depositing.

What is PlayBlind and how does it differ from traditional poker sites?

PlayBlind is a crypto-native online poker platform launched in September 2026. It charges zero rake, requires no KYC verification, takes USDC deposits on Ethereum, Arbitrum and Base, and processes instant withdrawals of up to $750,000 per 24-hour period.

Which games do new players usually start with?

Card games dominate. A V9Bet survey in the first quarter of 2026 found over 72% of new players started with online card games. Common entry points are games with clear rules: slots, fish shooting games, hi-lo and baccarat.
