What Gamdom is and who it accepts

Gamdom is an online casino and sportsbook built around cryptocurrency. You sign up with an email address, deposit in Bitcoin, Ethereum or a stablecoin, and play slots, table games, crash games and sports markets from the same balance. The site runs in 19 languages, including Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese, which tells you where a lot of its players come from3.

The operator holds gaming license No. ALSI-152406043-FI4, issued in Anjouan3. That is worth knowing before you deposit: Anjouan licenses are cheap and lightly supervised, and the Comoros authorities do not recognize the body that issues them. It is not a UK, Malta or Isle of Man license, and it does not come with the player protections those regimes require. If you want to check any operator's license yourself, the UK Gambling Commission's advice is to look for the company's address, website domain names, trading names and current license status, then confirm the details match the public register4. Gamdom's license details do not appear on any register you can check independently.

Gamdom blocks a long list of countries outright. The restricted list in its terms covers the following countries3:

  • Aruba
  • Austria
  • Australia
  • Belgium
  • Bonaire
  • Curacao
  • Denmark
  • France
  • French Guiana
  • French Polynesia
  • Germany
  • Guernsey
  • Gibraltar
  • Greece
  • Hungary
  • Isle of Man
  • Iran
  • Jersey
  • Lithuania
  • Liechtenstein
  • Luxembourg
  • Malta
  • Martinique
  • Mayotte
  • Myanmar
  • North Korea
  • the Netherlands
  • Portugal
  • Puerto Rico
  • Reunion
  • Serbia
  • Slovakia
  • Slovenia
  • Spain
  • Sweden
  • the United States
  • the United Kingdom

If you are in one of those places, the site shows a message saying Gamdom is not available in your jurisdiction and asks you to turn off your VPN1. VPN use is detected and blocked, and individual games can also be disabled by country even when the site loads1.

For players in Asia, the picture is different. Hong Kong, Japan and Thailand are not on Gamdom's restricted list, and review sites list it as taking players from all three. That does not make it legal where you live. In Japan, for example, playing on offshore casino websites is illegal, and players have been prosecuted. The same caution applies in Thailand, where most forms of gambling are prohibited except the state lottery and licensed horse racing. If you are a visitor rather than a resident, the rules that apply to you are usually the ones in the place you are standing, not the ones at home.

License, testing and account security

Gamdom's games are audited by iTech Labs, an independent testing laboratory7. That matters more than the license for a crypto casino, because it is the only outside check most players will ever see on whether the games actually behave the way they claim.

The casino games use a provably fair system. Gamdom generates a chain of 10 million SHA256 hashes for each game, and you can use those hashes to verify that a result was not altered after you placed your bet1. The games covered include Crash, Roulette, Hilo, Dice, Plinko, Mines, Keno, Pocket Dice, Limbo, Blackjack and Twist5. If you care about whether an online game is fair, this is the mechanism to look at, and Gamdom publishes the sample code for checking it.

On the account side, Gamdom uses SSL encryption to protect player data and financial transactions7. Your balance does not earn interest, and funds held in your account are not covered by any financial protection or guarantee, because Gamdom is not a financial institution3. There is also a Vault feature that lets you park part of your balance away from your main wagering funds. It is non-interest bearing, is not a financial product or bank account, and moving money between your wallet and the Vault carries no transaction fee3.

You are allowed one active account. Each user may hold only one, and promotional offers are limited to one claim per person per promotional period, with eligibility tied to one account per individual, IP address, residential address, device, email address and telephone number3. If you have been thinking about opening a second account to claim a bonus twice, that is the rule you would be breaking, and it is the kind of thing that gets caught at withdrawal time.

Games and sports betting: what you can play

The casino side carries more than 8,200 games1. That covers the provably fair originals listed above plus the usual slots and table games you would expect from an aggregator-fed casino. The site reports 13,134,830,357 total bets placed, which is a scale marker rather than anything you need to act on1.

The sportsbook covers 30 or more categories1. That is a normal spread for a crypto book: football, basketball, tennis, esports, cricket and the rest, with pre-match and in-play markets. If you are coming from a jurisdiction where sports betting is restricted, remember that the market being available on Gamdom does not make it legal for you to bet on it from home.

Gamdom also runs a chat room, but you need to reach at least level 20 before you can take part in chat discussions7. That is a small detail that catches new players out, because the chat is where a lot of the promo code drops happen.

Payments: crypto deposits, fiat options and fees

Crypto is the core of the payment setup. Gamdom accepts Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), USD1, Binance Coin (BNB), Litecoin (LTC), Tron (TRX), Ripple (XRP), Dogecoin (DOGE) and Solana (SOL)2. To deposit, you scan a QR code or paste your wallet address, and the funds land in your balance1.

The minimum deposit is advertised as low as $11. Deposit minimums are subject to change and can move with cryptocurrency values, so the figure you see in the cashier is the one that counts8. Gift cards are a separate route and come in amounts from $5 to $2502.

Fiat is supported too, but it is thinner. Available payment methods differ depending on your country of residence, so the cashier you see in Hong Kong will not necessarily match the one in Bangkok2. Gamdom says it charges no internal fees for deposits, though external processing fees can apply depending on the method you choose3. All deposit methods must be in your name, and third-party accounts are not allowed3.

Withdrawals: limits, speed options and reversal rules

Gamdom says it does not impose a fixed maximum monthly withdrawal limit, but reserves the right to process large withdrawals in stages3. In practice that means a very large win may arrive in several payments rather than one.

Before you can withdraw, you must wager the value of your deposit at least once from the time it is credited to your account3. A deposit you have not played through is not withdrawable, and that applies to sports bets as well as casino play. Plan for it: if you deposit and immediately change your mind, you cannot simply pull the money back out.

Withdrawal routes include bank account, QIWI wallet, WebMoney wallet, Yandex Money wallet and Bitcoin wallet9. Fiat withdrawals may go by bank transfer or e-wallet depending on your region3. Card withdrawals can take up to 7 business days10. Gamdom does not publish a fixed processing time for crypto payouts, so treat the cashier estimate as the guide.

On fees, Gamdom says it charges no internal fees for fiat withdrawals, but external processing fees set by third parties can apply3. A withdrawal fee may apply and will be clearly displayed before you confirm the request3. Crypto withdrawals may carry a withdrawal fee or miner fee depending on the currency, set by third parties and beyond Gamdom's control3. Refunds carry no additional Gamdom fee except where a third party such as a bank is involved9.

If you want a refund on a deposit, the window is tight. A refund request is only considered within the first 24 hours after the deposit transaction, is assessed case by case, and only if you have used the site in full compliance with the terms. Gamdom may reject a request without giving a reason9. If you are asked for information to support a request, you have three business days to provide it or the request may be denied9.

KYC: when verification is required and what documents work

Gamdom runs verification in levels. Level 2 requires a government-issued ID such as a passport or driver's license, along with a selfie6. Level 3 cannot be completed proactively. It is only requested in certain cases, typically for regulatory or compliance reasons, so you cannot get ahead of it by submitting documents early6.

The documents Gamdom may ask for include a government-issued ID, proof of address such as a utility bill or bank statement, and information relating to your payment method3. Its refund policy lists a wider set: identification documents such as a passport, a scanned copy of a credit or debit card, a utility bill, a birth certificate, an affidavit, payment confirmation and other supporting documents9.

The practical point is that you cannot cash out until your documents are verified, and the casino cannot pay out until that is done11. If you are planning a withdrawal, get your ID and a recent utility bill or bank statement ready before you request it, and make sure the name on the documents matches the name on your account. Some countries on Gamdom's restricted list are currently unavailable for verification, so if you are in one of those places you may not be able to complete the process at all6.

Bonuses, rakeback and account rules

Promo codes are redeemed in the Redeem section, which is also where you claim gift cards12. Promo codes can only be claimed once per user or account, so a code cannot be redeemed a second time12. Gift cards are typically redeemable once and the code cannot be reused2.

Reload bonuses are claimed on the Rewards page by redeeming the promo code that grants the bonus12. They are distributed through Gamdom's social media channels, by the promotions team, or through streamer affiliate campaigns, and some are reserved exclusively for VIP players12. Reloads have a timer that starts once activated, but they do not expire if you leave them unactivated, so there is no rush to trigger one before you are ready to play12.

New players get a 15% rakeback boost. You have 6 hours to activate it, and it then remains valid for 7 days7. If you miss the activation window, the boost is gone.

The account rules around bonuses are where people get caught. One claim per person per promotional period, one account per individual, IP address, residential address, device, email address and telephone number3. Using bots, software-assisted tools or unlawful hardware devices can lead to the casino canceling the winnings related to the affected bets9. Balance transfers between players are only permitted through the dedicated tipping feature, and tips may be reviewed before approval7.

Taxes and what the player is responsible for

Gamdom does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes on your behalf3. You are responsible for declaring and paying any personal taxes, levies or duties that apply to your transactions or winnings under the laws of your country of residence3. Other crypto casinos take the same position, putting the responsibility for determining and paying applicable taxes squarely on the player13.

What that means in practice depends on where you are. Hong Kong does not tax gambling winnings for casual players. Japan taxes gambling winnings as miscellaneous income in most cases, and residents are expected to declare them. Thailand's treatment of offshore winnings is unsettled and enforcement is inconsistent, but the obligation to declare foreign income has tightened in recent years. None of this is advice, and the rules change. If your winnings are large enough to matter, talk to an accountant in your own jurisdiction rather than relying on what a casino's terms say.
