Casino loyalty programs in the Philippines
If you have ever walked past a casino rewards desk and wondered whether the card is worth the five minutes it takes to get one, the short answer at the big Philippine resorts is usually yes. The major integrated resorts in Entertainment City, Cebu and Clark all run membership programs, and they are free to join. Many casinos in the Philippines offer loyalty rewards and perks for members, from points on play to discounts on dining and hotel stays1.
The three programs with the most detail publicly available are Okada Manila's Reward Circle, Melco Club at City of Dreams Manila, and NUSTAR Rewards at NUSTAR Resort and Casino in Cebu. Hann Casino Resort in Clark also runs a rewards program, Hann Rewards, which you can use at its retail shops. Each program works a little differently, but the basic idea is the same: you carry a card, the resort tracks your play and spending, and you earn points you can redeem for goods, meals and other perks.
This page walks through each program in detail: what the tiers are, what points are worth, how to sign up, what ID to bring, and what you can actually get with your points. For the wider picture of where you can play, see casinos in the Philippines and gambling in the Philippines.
Reward Circle: Okada Manila's loyalty program
Reward Circle is the official loyalty program of Okada Manila, the five-star integrated resort in Entertainment City. Membership is free, and the program is built around two kinds of points: Circle Points, which you earn from gaming, and Lifestyle Points, which you earn from hotel stays, dining and shopping around the resort1.

Both kinds of points are worth exactly PHP 1.00 each when you redeem them5. That makes the math refreshingly simple: if you have 45,840 Circle Points, you have PHP 45,840 in spending power at the resort's redemption boutique.
The program also functions as a cashless payment card. Reward Circle members can use their membership card for cashless transactions across the resort through OKash, and members can combine Circle Points, Lifestyle Points, cash, credit card and OKash when paying6. Registration also includes the automatic setup of a front money account, which you can opt out of before you register or deactivate at any time afterward2.
Beyond points, membership carries everyday discounts: up to 25% off at Okada-owned shops, up to 25% off at Okada-owned restaurants, and up to 25% on services7. The resort also runs seasonal privileges for members, such as the exclusive Valentine privileges across gaming, dining, retail and leisure it offered from February 1 to 15, 20268.
There is also a Win Zone onsite, a first-of-its-kind destination in the Philippines where Reward Circle members can experience the Okada Online Casino platform inside the resort itself9.
Membership tiers: Prime to Maharlika
Reward Circle has five membership tiers, and you climb them by earning Tier Points within a 12-month window1:
| Tier | How to get there |
|---|---|
| Prime | Free sign-up |
| Elite | Earn 100 Tier Points to upgrade |
| Premium | Earn 500 Tier Points to upgrade |
| Supreme | Earn 2,500 Tier Points to upgrade |
| Maharlika | Earn 15,000 Tier Points to upgrade |
Higher tiers earn Circle Points faster. At the Prime tier, 1 Tier Point converts to 4 Circle Points; at Elite, 1 Tier Point converts to 8 Circle Points; and at Premium, 1 Tier Point converts to 10 Circle Points10. The top tier, Maharlika, also unlocks the Maharlika Club, an exclusive gaming area covered below.
Your membership status is evaluated every 12 months from your sign-up or upgrade date. If you have not earned sufficient Tier Points in the past 12 months to maintain your card status, you are automatically downgraded1. All benefits may change without notice, so it is worth checking the current terms before planning a redemption10.
Earning and redeeming points
Earning is straightforward. On the gaming side, you can earn up to 16 Circle Points with every game7. On the lifestyle side, you earn 1% Lifestyle Points with every hotel stay, 1% with every meal, and 1% on every purchase around the resort7.
Redemption happens through the Reward Circle Collections catalog, and because each point is worth PHP 1.00, the prices read like peso price tags. Recent catalog items include7:
| Item | Circle Points |
|---|---|
| Samsung Fold 7 1TB | 139,870 |
| iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB | 116,990 |
| Samsung S26 Ultra 1TB | 121,990 |
| Soundbar Ultra speaker | 55,970 |
| Creatista coffee machine | 45,840 |
| SoundLink Max speaker | 22,940 |
| QuietComfort Ultra earbuds II | 17,270 |
When you redeem, you must present your membership card and enter your personal identification number (PIN) for every purchase with Circle Points or Lifestyle Points1. If you sign up onsite, your card starts with a default 4-digit PIN in MMDD format2.
Two housekeeping rules matter. First, any remaining funds in your membership are forfeited if unclaimed for two years, so do not leave money sitting on a dormant card2. Second, if you lose your card, a replacement fee is charged11. For restaurant reservations call +632 8555 5799, and the general service hotline is +63 2 8888 080011.
Who cannot join Reward Circle
Membership is open to qualified individuals who are 21 years old and above. Persons under 21, and students at any school, college or university in the Philippines, are not eligible2.
The terms also list a set of people who cannot join, and the same broad exclusions apply at other Philippine casino programs2:
- Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, including the Army, Navy, Air Force and the Philippine National Police, and their immediate family members
- Government officials connected directly with the operation of government or its agencies
- Holders of a Gaming Employment License issued by PAGCOR
- Employees of Okada Manila, its agencies, vendors, contractors and affiliated companies, and their immediate family (spouses, children, siblings and parents)
- Persons on PAGCOR's National Database of Restricted Persons, Okada Manila banned personalities, or other exclusion lists issued by PAGCOR or Okada Manila
Joint, family and corporate memberships are not allowed; the card is for one person only2. Applications are also screened against financial sanctions listings, and any name match will be declined2. NUSTAR Rewards in Cebu applies a similar rule excluding military and police members and their immediate family12.
How to sign up and what ID you need
You can join Reward Circle three ways: at any Membership and Rewards desk in the resort, through the Okada Manila App, or online at membership.okadamanila.com/signup2. If you apply online, you are required to schedule a video call verification to complete the application2.

The ID requirements depend on who you are1:
- Filipino applicants: an original and valid government-issued photo ID
- Foreign applicants: a passport and an Alien Certificate of Registration (ACR) ID card
- Foreign applicants for Okada VIP (junket) or Okada Club (in-house rolling) tiers: only a valid passport is accepted
Membership is free, and there is no fee to join1. Once enrolled, you get the automatic front money account mentioned earlier unless you opt out2.
VIP clubs at Okada Manila: Maharlika, Perlas and Okada VIP
Okada Manila runs about 400 table games across its main gaming floor and VIP clubs13. The VIP clubs are where the top tiers of Reward Circle pay off, and each has its own character7:
- Maharlika Club. Open exclusively to Maharlika Reward Circle members, this club features 32 table games and 16 slot machines in a refined setting, spread across 4 table salons and 3 slot salons.
- Perlas Club. The slot lover's VIP room, home to 200 slot machine games and 14 progressive link titles, including some of the Philippines' most popular jackpots: Jin Ji Bao Xi Gold, Dragon Link, Coin Combo and Tian Ci Jin Lu.
- Okada VIP Club. Spanning 3,500 square meters, this club offers 35 baccarat and roulette tables across 7 elegant high-limit salons, with private bars and beds in some rooms.
If you are chasing the linked progressive jackpots in Perlas, see our page on slot machines in the Philippines; for the table games in the high-limit salons, see baccarat in the Philippines.
Melco Club and Signature Club at City of Dreams Manila
Across town at City of Dreams Manila, the loyalty program is Melco Club. It works on two currencies: you earn Status Points to qualify for offers, and you use Reward Peso to redeem rewards4. The name tells you the redemption rate: one Reward Peso is worth one peso in spending power.
You can join at the Melco Club counter on the ground floor gaming area of City of Dreams Manila4.
The resort is also home to the Signature Club, an exclusive members' gaming area offering what the resort describes as a world of sophisticated luxury4. Think private salons and high-limit play rather than the main floor. If you are staying in the Newport area, Newport World Resorts runs its own membership setup as well.
NUSTAR Rewards in Cebu
In Cebu, NUSTAR Resort and Casino runs NUSTAR Rewards. The resort sits in South Road Properties, Cebu City, and is the largest casino in Cebu and the Central Visayas region, with 1,500 machines and 150 tables14. The casino is open 24 hours daily16.

Signing up for NUSTAR Rewards is free, and membership is open to qualified applicants 21 years old and above16. To sign up, simply visit the NUSTAR Rewards Counter3.
NUSTAR Rewards has five card tiers: STAR, SKY, SUN, ZODIAC and UNIVERSE16. To reach the SKY tier, you earn 500 Reward Points16. The program was recently upgraded with an all-new set of cards and perks each time the card is swiped17.
You earn or use your points every time you dine, stay, play and shop at partner establishments within the integrated resort, which includes the casino mass gaming floor, the casino VIP floor, NUSTAR Premium, and the dining, shop and spa outlets3. The resort itself combines a world-class casino, top-grade hotels and a shopping mall housing high fashion's most recognizable brands17.
The housekeeping rules are simple and worth knowing3:
- Rewards points are valid for one year from earning
- The card is valid for one year from signup
- Renew by presenting your expired card at the NUSTAR Rewards Counter
- Replace a lost card by presenting a valid ID at the counter
- You must enter your PIN at the time of redemption
- The card and its benefits are for the sole and exclusive use of the member and are non-transferable
For more on the venue, see casinos in Cebu.
Hann Signatures and other reward shops
Up in Clark, Hann Casino Resort runs the Hann Rewards program, and one of the clearest examples of how reward points turn into real goods is Hann Signatures. The shop sits on the ground floor of Hann Casino, and everything in it, including Estee Lauder products, is redeemable with your Hann Rewards Membership Points18.
This is the pattern across the Philippine programs: points are not an abstract currency but a spending balance you can put toward perfume, phones, coffee machines, meals and hotel stays. The differences between programs are mostly in the earning rates and the redemption catalogs, not in the basic mechanics.
A few practical notes before your first visit. Bring the right ID: a government photo ID for Filipinos, a passport and ACR card for foreign residents, and just a passport if you are a visitor applying for the top Okada tiers. Expect to enter a PIN whenever you redeem. Keep an eye on expiry: NUSTAR points last one year from earning, Reward Circle funds are forfeited after two years unclaimed, and Reward Circle tiers are reviewed every 12 months. And if gambling ever stops being fun, PAGCOR's responsible gaming line is (02) 8538-90907. More resources are on our gambling help in the Philippines page.
Common Questions
How much is a Circle Point worth in pesos?
One Circle Point is worth PHP 1.00 at Okada Manila, and one Lifestyle Point is also worth PHP 1.00. You can spend them at the Reward Circle Collections boutique, where, for example, an iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB costs 116,990 Circle Points.
How do I join Reward Circle online?
Register at membership.okadamanila.com/signup. To finish the online application you need to schedule a video call verification. You can also sign up in person at any Membership and Rewards desk at Okada Manila or through the Okada Manila App.
What happens if my Reward Circle membership is inactive for two years?
Any remaining funds in your membership are forfeited if they go unclaimed for two years. Separately, your tier is reviewed every 12 months, and if you have not earned enough Tier Points in that period you are automatically downgraded.
Can foreigners join casino loyalty programs in the Philippines?
Yes. Foreign applicants for Reward Circle present a passport and an Alien Certificate of Registration ID card, or just a passport for the Okada VIP or Okada Club tiers. Foreigners who are not residents of the Philippines are among the people allowed to play at PAGCOR casinos.
How long do NUSTAR Rewards points stay valid?
NUSTAR Rewards points are valid for one year from the date you earn them. The card itself is also valid for one year from signup, and you can renew it by presenting the expired card at the NUSTAR Rewards Counter.
