Okada Manila issued new Reward Circle Terms and Conditions that took effect on 1 August 2026, replacing all earlier versions of the loyalty program's rules. The operator states on its Reward Circle page that the new document governs the program from that date.
"The newly issued Terms and Conditions shall supersede all previous versions of the Reward Circle Terms and Conditions and shall prevail with effect from 1 August 2026."
Membership in the Reward Circle is open to individuals aged 21 and above, and joint, family and corporate memberships are not allowed1. The terms list groups that cannot join1:
- Government officials connected directly with the operation of government or any of its agencies
- Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, including the Army, Navy, Air Force or the Philippine National Police
- Persons under 21 or students at any school, college or university in the Philippines
- Holders of a Gaming Employment License issued by PAGCOR
- Anyone on PAGCOR's National Database of Restricted Persons, Okada Manila's banned list or other lists issued by either body
- Okada Manila employees and personnel and associates of its advertising and marketing agencies, vendors, contractors and affiliated companies
- Immediate family (spouses, children, siblings and parents) of Okada Manila employees
Applications can be made onsite at counters inside the casino or elsewhere on the Okada Manila property, offsite at designated counters outside the property, or online at membership.okadamanila.com/signup1. Local applicants present a valid government-issued photo identification document; foreign applicants present a valid Alien Certificate of Registration Identity Card or passport, except for applications or upgrades to the Okada VIP (Junket) or Okada Club (in-house rolling) tiers, where only a valid passport is accepted1. Online applicants must schedule a video call verification to complete the application, and membership applications are declined for any name matches against the Targeted Financial Sanctions listing1.
Registration automatically sets up a front money account on enrollment, which members may opt out of before registering or ask to deactivate or close afterwards, subject to standard account procedures and settlement of outstanding balances1. The loyalty card is for the sole and exclusive use of the card owner and is non-transferable, and amounts loaded or deposited on it are refundable1. Okada Manila may deduct points, as it determines, from a member's account as an administrative fee if it issues a replacement card, and the member pays the fee in cash if points are insufficient1.
Members earn Tier Points and Circle Points for qualified gaming transactions in the casino, and Lifestyle Points for qualified transactions in the hotel, spa, clubs and at participating restaurants and outlets1. All three point types are valid for 12 months from the month earned and expire in the first week of the 13th month on a first-in, first-out basis1. Points have no cash or monetary value and cannot be exchanged or sold for cash or other consideration1. All points are canceled without prior notice if a member has no recorded gaming activity for 12 consecutive months, or once the 12-month validity period lapses, with unused Circle Points and Lifestyle Points canceled first-in, first-out1.
What it means for players
For anyone holding or considering a Reward Circle card, the operative change is that one document now governs the program from 1 August 2026, and the eligibility list, application routes and point rules in it are the current ones. The 21-and-above age floor, the ban on joint, family and corporate memberships, and the exclusions covering government officials, military and police, students, PAGCOR Gaming Employment License holders, restricted-list names and Okada Manila employees and their immediate families are all restated in the new terms1. Foreign applicants should note the identification split: an ACR I-Card or passport for standard membership, but only a passport for Okada VIP (Junket) or Okada Club (in-house rolling) applications and upgrades1. Points expire 12 months after the month they are earned, and a year without recorded gaming activity cancels the balance, so members who play occasionally rather than regularly are the ones most exposed to losing points. The automatic front money account on enrollment can be declined before registering or closed afterwards1.
What happens next
No further dates are given in the terms beyond the 1 August 2026 effective date. Okada Manila states that all matters and disputes arising out of the program are subject to its final decision1.
