What Xổ số điện toán is and who runs it

Xổ số điện toán, "computerized lottery," is the branch of Vietnam's lottery world where you choose your own numbers instead of buying a pre-printed ticket. It is the Hanoi counterpart to the national operator Vietlott, whose games such as Mega 6/45 and Power 6/55 and Keno work on a similar pick-your-numbers principle but are sold separately¹.

The daily games in this family do not run their own ball machines for every product. 1-2-3 is the game for people who like structured bets. On a single entry you freely choose three number sets, all built from the ten digits 0 to 9:
