CMD368 at a glance

CMD368 is an online betting brand built around a sportsbook, with a live casino, fishing games and online slots sitting alongside it¹. It is not a walk-in venue. There is no address, no floor, no dress code and no opening hours. Everything happens through the website or the mobile app, and the app is offered for both iOS and Android with download instructions on the site².

The brand is best known in Asia as a sportsbook supplier rather than a standalone casino. Other operators carry CMD368 markets inside their own lobbies. UWIN33 lists CMD368 among its sportsbook options next to IGK bet, M9 bet and 98Play Sports, and shows it again under the esports lobby⁴. LongFu88 Vietnam offers SBOBET, CMD368 and Saba Sports markets to its players⁵. MD88 names CMD368 as one of the sports betting providers behind its football, basketball and tennis markets, alongside SBOBET⁶.

That matters for a simple reason. If you want CMD368's odds, you do not always have to sign up at CMD368 itself. Several Asian sites resell the same markets under their own accounts. What you get at the source is the full product range in one place: sportsbook, live casino, slots and fishing¹.

Games offered: sportsbook, live casino, slots and fishing

The product list is short and clear. CMD368 offers a sportsbook, a live casino, fishing games and online slots¹. That is the same shape as most Asian-facing platforms. BingoPlus, for example, runs live casino games, online slots, bingo, fishing games, arcade games and a sportsbook³. 365CUCI covers slots, live casino, a sportsbook, fishing and arcade games⁷. Live Casino House lists live casino, slots, roulette, lottery, sports, fish shooting, arcade games and virtual games⁸.

If you are coming from a slots background, the fishing category is the one that needs explaining. Fishing games are shooting-style titles where you aim at fish and other targets, and each shot costs credits. They sit between arcade games and slots in how they play, and they are a standard category on Asian platforms rather than an add-on.

The live casino is the other half of the offer. Live casino games use professional dealers working real tables in dedicated studios, streamed in high definition, with bets placed through the game interface. They do not rely entirely on random number generation the way virtual table games do³. If you have played live baccarat or live roulette anywhere in Asia, the format will be familiar.

What CMD368 does not publish on the pages reviewed here is a game count, a provider list or per-game limits. If you need to know which software powers a specific slot before you deposit, that detail is not available from the site itself.

Sportsbook bet types: soccer, basketball and rugby union

The sportsbook covers soccer, basketball and rugby union, plus esports². Soccer is the deepest of the three by a wide margin, and the site references competitions such as USA Major League Soccer in its listings².

For a sense of what a full soccer book looks like in this market, Hong Kong Jockey Club's football rules describe tournament bets on designated outcomes: champion, group winner, group first and second, final combination, number of titles for a team, winning continent, winning country, promotion, relegation, qualification and last-placed team. Operators may also offer a "none of the above" selection⁹. Not every one of those will be on CMD368, but it shows the range a serious Asian soccer book carries beyond the basic match result.

Basketball and rugby union are the other two named sports². Comparable Asian books go wider. Lotus365 covers more than 20 sports including cricket, football, kabaddi, tennis, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, boxing, MMA and horse racing¹⁰. Lucky Block covers tennis, basketball, soccer, UFC, KSW, boxing and NBA 2K alongside its esports markets¹¹. Sports Toto in Korea takes football, basketball, baseball, volleyball and golf¹².

Bet types on comparable platforms include:

• Asian Handicap
• Over/Under
• Full-Time/Half-Time
• Correct Score
• Outright Winner⁷

If you are used to Asian Handicap pricing, that is the format to expect on the soccer book.

One practical point about live betting. On platforms of this type, in-play betting while a match is running is standard, and it is usually where the margins are tightest and the decisions come fastest³. If you have not bet in-play before, start with a small stake on a market you already understand.

Esports markets: Mobile Legends, DOTA2 and Valorant

CMD368's esports coverage names Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, DOTA2 and Valorant². That is a focused list rather than a full esports book, and it covers the three titles that matter most to players in Southeast Asia.

CMD368: Yes²

For comparison, LongFu88 Vietnam covers Dota 2 including The International and the DPC, CS2 including Majors and ESL Pro, Valorant including VCT, League of Legends including LCK, MSI and Worlds, and Mobile Legends including MPL and the M-Series⁵. Paripesa's esports section features The International and DreamLeague for Dota 2, Majors, BLAST Premier and IEM for CS2, Worlds and MSI for League of Legends, and the Champions Series and VCT for Valorant¹³. Nova88 covers Dota 2, League of Legends, CS2, PUBG, Valorant, Overwatch and ROV for its Thai players¹⁴.

Saba Esports, a provider that appears on Nova88, covers MOBA, FPS and Battle Royale titles with live betting¹⁴. CMD368's three named titles map onto those same genres: Mobile Legends is MOBA, Valorant is FPS, and DOTA2 sits in the MOBA camp as well.

If esports is your main reason for signing up, check the tournament coverage before you deposit. A book that lists DOTA2 may still only price the biggest events, and the difference between a major and a regional qualifier is where the value usually sits.

Live casino and slots

The live casino and slots section is where the platform behaves like every other Asian-facing site. Live dealer tables run around the clock on comparable platforms. Lotus365's live casino runs 24 hours a day, seven days a week¹⁰, and Live Casino House offers deposits and withdrawals 24 hours a day⁸.

Provider names you will see across this market include Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Live88 for live dealer games¹¹. MD88 runs Baccarat, Roulette and Blackjack hosted by professional dealers from providers such as Evolution Gaming and SA Gaming⁶. If you have a preferred live provider, that is the list to check against.

On the slots side, the categories are standard: video slots, arcade-style titles and fishing games. 365CUCI's live casino covers baccarat, roulette, dragon tiger, blackjack and sic bo⁷, which is the usual table lineup across the region. UWIN33 adds table games, arcade and fishing games and a 4D lottery to its slots and live casino⁴.

One licensed example of how a slot is registered in this region comes from the PAGCOR list, where a title called POSEIDON appears as game ID 375, version 1, under eCASINO GAMES in the slot category¹⁵. It shows the level of detail a regulated market records for a single slot. CMD368 does not publish an equivalent register on its own site.

Contact options: Live Chat, hotline, Telegram, WhatsApp and email

CMD368 lists five support channels: Live Chat, HotLine, Telegram, WhatsApp and Email¹.

There is a discrepancy worth knowing about. The terms page lists a different Telegram handle, cmd368vnd, and a different hotline, +84 2873 016744². If one contact route does not answer, try the other. Both are published by the operator, so neither is a third-party guess.

Live chat is the fastest route on platforms of this type. FB88 runs live chat, telephone and email support 24/7, plus Telegram and Viber¹⁶, and 365CUCI offers live chat, WhatsApp, Telegram and email support around the clock⁷. Lotus365 runs live chat in the app and on the website, a WhatsApp helpline and email support, all 24/7¹⁰. Expect the same pattern at CMD368: chat first, then messaging apps, then email for anything that needs a paper trail.

If you are contacting support about a withdrawal, have your account details and the transaction reference ready before you open the chat. That is the single thing that shortens these conversations most.

What to check before you sign up

The second thing is where you are playing from. The availability table above sets out the position for Singapore: review sites list CMD368 as taking players, its own terms carry no restricted-country list, and online play for residents is legal only in limited cases. If you are in Singapore, the practical answer is that most online casino play sits outside what is permitted, and the licensed route runs through Singapore Pools instead. You can read more on online casinos in Singapore and sports betting in Singapore.

The third thing is payments. CMD368's own pages reviewed here do not set out deposit methods, currencies, limits or withdrawal times. Comparable Asian operators publish this in detail: MD88 has a dedicated payment page⁶, and FB88 lists its payment options separately¹⁷. Without that information from CMD368 itself, treat deposit and withdrawal speed as unknown until you confirm it with support before your first deposit.

If you want to compare how other Asian-facing books handle licensing and payments, our reviews of SBOBET, Dafabet, Fun88, W88 and FB88 cover the same ground.
