Singapore Pools (Private) Limited issued game rules for the Singapore Sweep Lottery dated 22 April 2026. The rules state they apply to Singapore Sweep Draw No. 1090/2026 and all subsequent draws where Singapore Pools draws the winning numbers1.

The lottery is a 7-digit sweepstakes game. A ticket carries a 7-digit number between 1000000 and 4499999, both inclusive, and a prize requires some or all of those digits to match the winning combinations drawn for that draw1. Four entry types are described: Quick Pick, a single randomly generated 7-digit number; 100 Numbers, 100 7-digit numbers sharing the same first five digits with the last two running from 00 to 99; First Digit, where the player picks the first digit and the remaining six are generated; and Last 4 Digits, where the player picks the last four and the first three are generated1. A single entry costs S$3 inclusive of GST, and a 100 Numbers entry costs S$300 inclusive of GST1. Tickets can be bought from the end of the previous draw until half an hour before the draw they apply to1. Singapore Pools notes that some authorized retailers may offer only Quick Pick and 100 Numbers entries, while other authorized retailers and all vendors appointed by them may sell only pre-printed Quick Pick tickets1.

Each draw produces 133 sets of seven numbers from 1000000 to 4499999 and 9 sets of two numbers from 00 to 991. The prize structure is set out in the rules:

PrizeWinning combinationsAmount

A ticket can win more than one prize if its number matches more than one winning combination, and the rules state the holder is entitled to all such prizes1. Refunds are not available for any ticket purchase, except that if a force majeure event occurs Singapore Pools may at its sole discretion refund the price paid or postpone the draw, in which case no refunds are given1. Where rigging of a draw is suspected, Singapore Pools reserves the right to delay results, withhold prizes pending investigation or verification, or declare bets on the draw void, with all bets for that draw refunded1. Where an error or miscalculation of a prize is discovered, Singapore Pools may declare a revised prize1.

"These Singapore Sweep Lottery Game Rules shall apply to Singapore Sweep Draw No. 1090/2026 and all subsequent Singapore Sweep draws where Singapore Pools draws the winning numbers for a draw."

What it means for players

The rules fix the price of a single entry at S$3 and a 100 Numbers entry at S$300, both inclusive of GST, and set the prize amounts listed above for Draw No. 1090/2026 and later draws1. Because a ticket can collect more than one prize, a number matching several drawn combinations is paid for each match1. Entry types are not uniformly available: retailers and their appointed vendors may stock only some of the four types, so the entry a player wants may not be on sale at every outlet1. Tickets cannot be bought in the final half hour before a draw1. Purchases are non-refundable apart from force majeure, and a postponed draw under those provisions carries no refund1. If rigging is suspected or a prize is found to have been miscalculated, payment can be withheld or the prize revised1.

What happens next

The rules take effect for Draw No. 1090/2026 and all subsequent draws in which Singapore Pools draws the winning numbers1. No draw date for 1090/2026 is given in the rules.
