The operator of the Taiwanese online game platform 滿貫大亨 (Man Guan Da Heng) suspended three CTBC deposit channels on 6 September 2026, according to a system notice posted on its website. The notice states that CTBC Web ATM, CTBC SmartPay and debit cards issued by CTBC were out of service from 00:00 to 07:30 that day1.

The notice was published on 4 September 2026 under the site's system announcements section, two days before the outage took effect1. The affected channels are listed as top-up, or deposit, routes rather than withdrawal routes. The announcement gives no reason for the suspension and does not say whether it was scheduled maintenance by the operator or by CTBC. No reason has been reported1.

The same notice board lists a separate maintenance window for another deposit channel, Jiekou Pay (街口支付), on 17 September 2026 from 02:00 to 05:001. It also lists a website service suspension on 23 September 2026 from 09:15 to 09:301. Those are separate events from the CTBC suspension.

The platform lists other top-up options on its site, including gametower cards, MyCard, GASH cards, iWIN cards and 遊戲綠卡1. The notices do not state whether those channels remained open during the CTBC window.

What it means for players

For anyone using 滿貫大亨, deposits made through CTBC Web ATM, CTBC SmartPay or a CTBC-issued debit card would not have gone through during the seven and a half hour window on 6 September 2026. The notice covers deposits only; it does not mention withdrawals, balances or account access, and no effect on those has been reported1.

Players outside Taiwan who fund accounts through Taiwanese payment routes are exposed to the same windows, since the channels named are Taiwanese bank and wallet products. The platform's other listed top-up methods are card-based products sold in Taiwan1. Whether any of them were usable during the CTBC window is not stated1.

The pattern across the three notices is short, pre-announced maintenance rather than a permanent removal of a payment method. The CTBC notice does not say the channels were discontinued, only that they were suspended for the stated hours1. No statement on whether the suspension was extended, repeated or made permanent has been reported1.

What happens next

The CTBC suspension window ended at 07:30 on 6 September 20261. The Jiekou Pay maintenance is scheduled for 17 September 2026, 02:00 to 05:00, and the website service pause for 23 September 2026, 09:15 to 09:301. No further notices about the CTBC channels have been reported1.
