10. Rohit Sharma

8. M.S. Dhoni

4. Saurav Ganguly

Saurav Ganguly is also known as Dada in the Indian cricket industry. He was born in West Bengal, India, on July 8, 1972, and became a member of the Indian Premier League Technical Committee. He is also the third greatest batsman in Indian cricket history that crossed the 10,000-run record after Sachin Tendulkar and Inzamam-Ul-Haq. Ganguly earned the nickname ‘God of the Off Side' for his beautiful stroke play over the square and covers of the wicket.

3. Anil Kumble

Anil Kumble is a retired cricket player from India who has 18 years of playing cricket. He was born in Bangalore, India, on October 17, 1970, and became one of the professional cricket players in India for his exceptional right-arm-leg spin bowling. Kumble made a record of 619 wickets and still belongs to the third-highest wicket-takers in Test in cricket history, behind Sane Warne and Muttiah Muralitharan. 

Kumble also receives the 1993 Cricketer of the Year and the 1996 Wisden Cricketers of the Year. In 2005, he also received the Padma Shri award, India's fourth-highest civilian honor.

2. Sunil Gavaskar

Sunil Gavaskar is one of the retired cricket players from India. He was born in Mumbai, India, on July 10, 1949, and became one of the best batsmen in history. He was the record-holder for 34 Test centuries for almost 20 years before Sachin Tendulkar did better in 2005.

Gavaskar uses a great technique to become an outstanding batsman competing against fast bowlers. He also received the Padma Bhushan and Padma Shri awards. Gavaskar was the first Indian batsman to make 10,000 Test runs.

1. Kapil Dev

Kapil Dev Nikhanj is a retired Indian cricket player who led the Indian National Team to the 1983 world cup victory. He was India's greatest pace bowler and a fast-bowling all-rounder. During his prime years, he received India's Cricketer of the Century in 2002, outperforming Sachin Tendulkar and Sunil Gavaskar.

Nikhanj also led India to the 1983 World Cup with his all-around example to his teammates, which showed them to gain the world-record aggregate of Test wickets.
